- 1/4 cup tomato sauce or 2 tablespoons water
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon; cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Pour in tomato sauce or water, reduce heat, and simmer 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20–30 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by dividing seasoned turkey among tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, lime, and salsa as desired.
