Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened (room temperature)
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
