Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C, Gas Mark 4). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
- Roll the dough into approximately 1-inch balls. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Using a fork, gently press down on each cookie in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
