Ingredients:
- 8 corn tortillas (6-inch diameter) OR flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (2.5ml)
- Optional seasonings: Chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, etc. (to taste)
Instructions:
- Stack the tortillas and cut them into 6-8 wedges each, like cutting a pizza.
- In a small bowl, drizzle the olive oil, salt, and any desired spices. Gently toss the tortilla wedges to coat them evenly. Ensure the tortilla chips are not overly soaked in oil.
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely as cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly on a wire rack. This helps them crisp up even further. Serve immediately with your favorite dips.
