Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
