Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  7. Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
