Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cannabis-infused olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, and maple syrup. Use an electric mixer to cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing well.
  6. Slowly drizzle in the cannabis-infused olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  7. Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  8. Scoop out portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  9. Flatten slightly with your palm. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
