Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, and maple syrup. Use an electric mixer to cream until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing well.
- Slowly drizzle in the cannabis-infused olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Scoop out portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with your palm. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
