Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) Black or White Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp (4g) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp (1.3g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.1g) Sea Salt
- 1 tsp (5g) Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp (16g) Natural Peanut Butter
Instructions:
- In an 8 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients briefly with a spoon to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the jar.
- Add the natural peanut butter and use a silicon spatula or long spoon to stir vigorously, ensuring no dry pockets remain at the bottom of the jar.
- Seal the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator to cold-soak for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, until the texture is thick and creamy.
