Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Black or White Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp (4g) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp (1.3g) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.1g) Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp (5g) Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp (16g) Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions:

  1. In an 8 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  2. Stir the dry ingredients briefly with a spoon to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the jar.
  4. Add the natural peanut butter and use a silicon spatula or long spoon to stir vigorously, ensuring no dry pockets remain at the bottom of the jar.
  5. Seal the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator to cold-soak for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, until the texture is thick and creamy.
