Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed coffee (strong, cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup creamy chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew a strong cup (2 cups total) of coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, chocolate syrup, and sugar (if using). Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gradually pour in the heavy cream and blend again on low until the mixture is creamy and slightly frothy.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes (or serve immediately over ice if desired).
  5. Pour the chilled or blended iced coffee into tall glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
