Ingredients:

  • 1 (3-ounce) package Strawberry Jell-O gelatin (85g)
  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • ½ cup boiling water (120ml)
  • ½ cup plain vodka (120ml)
  • 1 (3-ounce) package Orange Jell-O gelatin (85g)
  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • ½ cup boiling water (120ml)
  • ½ cup plain vodka (120ml)
  • 1 (3-ounce) package Lemon Jell-O gelatin (85g)
  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • ½ cup boiling water (120ml)
  • ½ cup plain vodka (120ml)
  • 1 (3-ounce) package Lime Jell-O gelatin (85g)
  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • ½ cup boiling water (120ml)
  • ½ cup plain vodka (120ml)
  • 1 (3-ounce) package Blue Raspberry Jell-O gelatin (85g)
  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • ½ cup boiling water (120ml)
  • ½ cup plain vodka (120ml)

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and vodka (or spirit of choice).
  3. Pour mixture into shot cups, filling them about 1/4 to 1/3 full. Place on baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set but not completely firm.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 with each desired Jell-O flavour/colour, ensuring each layer sets slightly before adding the next.
  5. Refrigerate the completed Jell-O shots for at least 1 hour before serving.
