Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese (225 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (5 g)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt (1 g)
- 2 ripe kiwis, sliced into thin rounds (about 140 g)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (12.5 g)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Set the oven to broil on high.
- Prepare the kiwi chips: Place sliced kiwi in a small bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Toss gently to coat.
- Arrange kiwi on a baking sheet: Line with parchment paper, and spread kiwi slices in a single layer.
- Broil kiwi chips: Broil for 5-7 minutes, watching closely until edges turn golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Brie: Place the Brie in an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Broil the Brie: Broil for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Remove both the Brie and kiwi chips from the oven. Let cool for a minute before serving.
