Ingredients:
- 2 cups (450g) cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot is a good shout)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix until everything is evenly combined and the mixture is smooth. (Use a mixer for extra creaminess if desired.)
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving (optional).
- Serve immediately with your favourite dippers.
