- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk

- ½ cup (120ml) whipped cream
- 1 cup (150g) assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
- ½ cup (100g) chocolate ganache (optional)
- Edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix until combined, then add milk gradually.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide batter between the prepared baking pans and smooth tops.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
- Slice fruits as desired, and prepare whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
- Place cooled cakes on the board; layer if desired.
- Spread whipped cream on top and around the cakes.
- Arrange sliced fruits and drizzle chocolate ganache creatively.
- Sprinkle with edible flowers and serve.
