Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (113g / 4 oz) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, sprinkles, chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, eggs, and cake mix.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until a smooth dough forms. It will be thick.
  4. Gently fold in any desired mix-ins like chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Now you have cookies made with cake mix!
