Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz / 225 g) wheel of Camembert cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh baguette or crackers
- Fresh fruit (like apple or pear slices)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in the baking dish. Score the top of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern with a sharp knife.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, thyme, sliced garlic, olive oil, and a few cracks of black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the Camembert.
- Evenly drizzle the honey over the cheese.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Carefully remove the dish from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with fresh bread or crackers and fruit.
