Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) Mayonnaise, full-fat
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper, freshly ground
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Salt
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In the mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and evenly combined. Ensure there are no lumps.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning to your preference. You might want to add a touch more salt, pepper, or cayenne.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. While optional, chilling greatly improves the flavour.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dippable foods or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
