Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (113g) Mayonnaise, full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Salt
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In the mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and evenly combined. Ensure there are no lumps.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning to your preference. You might want to add a touch more salt, pepper, or cayenne.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. While optional, chilling greatly improves the flavour.
  5. Serve immediately with your favourite dippable foods or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
