Ingredients:
- 2 (12.5 ounce/354g) cans cooked chicken, drained well
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions:
- Drain the canned chicken very well. Press it with paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained chicken, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional, but recommended). Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the baking sheet, forming a circle about 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden brown and set.
- Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add your desired toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are heated through.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
