Ingredients:
- 24 Ritz Crackers (Original or Roasted Vegetable flavor)
- 115g (4 oz) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sliced into 12 small 1-inch squares
- 12 Large Marshmallows
- 50g (1.75 oz) High-quality Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate bar, broken into 12 squares
- 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Place 12 crackers face down on the sheet.
- Top each cracker with one square of sharp cheddar cheese. Place one square of chocolate over the cheese, then place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- Heat to melt: If using an oven, broil on high for 45–60 seconds until the marshmallow is mahogany-colored and expanding. If using a microwave, heat on a microwave-safe plate for 15–20 seconds until the marshmallow doubles in size.
- Immediately place the remaining 12 crackers on top of the softened marshmallows. Press down gently until the filling reaches the edges of the cracker and garnish with a pinch of flaky sea salt if desired.
