Ingredients:

  • 24 Ritz Crackers (Original or Roasted Vegetable flavor)
  • 115g (4 oz) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sliced into 12 small 1-inch squares
  • 12 Large Marshmallows
  • 50g (1.75 oz) High-quality Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate bar, broken into 12 squares
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Place 12 crackers face down on the sheet.
  2. Top each cracker with one square of sharp cheddar cheese. Place one square of chocolate over the cheese, then place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
  3. Heat to melt: If using an oven, broil on high for 45–60 seconds until the marshmallow is mahogany-colored and expanding. If using a microwave, heat on a microwave-safe plate for 15–20 seconds until the marshmallow doubles in size.
  4. Immediately place the remaining 12 crackers on top of the softened marshmallows. Press down gently until the filling reaches the edges of the cracker and garnish with a pinch of flaky sea salt if desired.
