Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons (40g) granulated sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces/225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces/400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press evenly into the pie plate to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined.
- Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until evenly combined.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap (pressing gently on the surface to prevent a skin from forming).
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
- Slice and serve chilled.
