Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons (40g) granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 ounces/225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces/400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press evenly into the pie plate to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until evenly combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap (pressing gently on the surface to prevent a skin from forming).
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
