Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30g) dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5g) capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon (3g) fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
- Stir in the chopped pickles, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill. If using capers, add them as well.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning or acidity with more lemon juice if desired.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
