Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (3g) fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
  3. Stir in the chopped pickles, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill. If using capers, add them as well.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning or acidity with more lemon juice if desired.
  6. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
