Ingredients:

  • 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Gently toss until peaches are evenly coated. Transfer the filling to the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined. Add softened butter and use a fork or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the peach filling in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
