Ingredients:
- 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Gently toss until peaches are evenly coated. Transfer the filling to the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined. Add softened butter and use a fork or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the peach filling in the baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
