Instructions:

  2. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 large eggs into the blender.
  3. Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss in 0.25 cup parmesan and 2 tbsp coconut flour.
  5. Blend on high for 45 seconds until the mixture is completely silky and pale yellow.
