Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
- 11 oz vanilla wafers
- 6 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 8 oz whipped topping
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until completely smooth and aerated.
- Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat the mixture until it is glossy and free of any lumps.
- In a separate container, whisk together the cold whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken.
- Fold the thickened pudding and vanilla bean paste into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and uniform in color.
- In a 9x13 inch glass dish, create the first layer using 1/3 of the vanilla wafers, followed by 1/2 of the sliced bananas and 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of whipped topping and remaining vanilla wafers on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the wafers to soften and the structure to set before serving.
