Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
  • 11 oz vanilla wafers
  • 6 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until completely smooth and aerated.
  2. Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat the mixture until it is glossy and free of any lumps.
  3. In a separate container, whisk together the cold whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken.
  4. Fold the thickened pudding and vanilla bean paste into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and uniform in color.
  5. In a 9x13 inch glass dish, create the first layer using 1/3 of the vanilla wafers, followed by 1/2 of the sliced bananas and 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of whipped topping and remaining vanilla wafers on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the wafers to soften and the structure to set before serving.
