Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in the pesto (store-bought or homemade) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
