Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Stir in the pesto (store-bought or homemade) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
