  • ½ teaspoon (3g) salt (to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon (1g) black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon (15g) grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the green beans are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
