Ingredients:

  • 1 (15.35 oz) package of Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, helps with melting)
  • Additional crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Use a food processor to turn the cookies into fine crumbs or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm it up for easier rolling.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Heat the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top (if desired) and chill the coated balls until the chocolate hardens.
