Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (or a 50/50 blend)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely mince the garlic clove and chop the fresh dill using a rocking motion to avoid bruising the leaves.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Gently stir in the minced garlic, fresh dill, dried dill, salt, and pepper until the herbs are evenly distributed.
