Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (or a 50/50 blend)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Finely mince the garlic clove and chop the fresh dill using a rocking motion to avoid bruising the leaves.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Gently stir in the minced garlic, fresh dill, dried dill, salt, and pepper until the herbs are evenly distributed.
