Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (227g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
- 1 package (14.3 oz / 408g) Oreo Cookies, divided
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream, mixing until the dip is smooth and creamy. Don’t overmix!
- Gently fold in the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This improves the texture as well.
- Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies (optional).
- Serve with Oreo cookies, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.
