Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (227g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 package (14.3 oz / 408g) Oreo Cookies, divided

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually pour in the heavy cream, mixing until the dip is smooth and creamy. Don’t overmix!
  5. Gently fold in the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This improves the texture as well.
  7. Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies (optional).
  8. Serve with Oreo cookies, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.
