Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (340g)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15ml)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon pineapple extract
  • Optional: 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions:

  1. Place frozen pineapple, almond milk, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pineapple extract (if using) into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides occasionally.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 2 hours to partially solidify.
  4. After 2 hours, remove from freezer and re-blend the mixture again.
  5. Return the mixture to the freezer for another 2-3 hours, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  6. Scoop into bowls or swirl into cones. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Dole Whip!
