Ingredients:
- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (120g) sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 green onions, whites and greens finely minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup (40g) Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use an electric hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is uniform and airy.
- Fold in the shredded sharp white cheddar and minced green onions using a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center. Pull the corners of the wrap upward, twisting the top to force the cheese into a tight, uniform sphere.
- Place the wrapped ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the fats to set and the structure to firm up.
- Pour the Everything Bagel Seasoning and chopped parsley onto a shallow plate. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and gently roll it through the seasoning, pressing lightly so the crust adheres to the entire surface.
