Ingredients:

  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (120g) sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 green onions, whites and greens finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use an electric hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is uniform and airy.
  2. Fold in the shredded sharp white cheddar and minced green onions using a spatula until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center. Pull the corners of the wrap upward, twisting the top to force the cheese into a tight, uniform sphere.
  4. Place the wrapped ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the fats to set and the structure to firm up.
  5. Pour the Everything Bagel Seasoning and chopped parsley onto a shallow plate. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and gently roll it through the seasoning, pressing lightly so the crust adheres to the entire surface.
