Ingredients:
- ½ cup (115g) Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60ml) Sour Cream
- ¼ cup (60ml) Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons (approximately 14g) chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Jalapeno, finely minced
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, taco seasoning, honey, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, jalapeno, salt, and pepper) to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lime juice for tang, jalapeno for heat, or salt and pepper to taste.
- For best flavour, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Drizzle over your favourite taco salad ingredients.
