Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (115g) Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons (approximately 14g) chopped fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon Jalapeno, finely minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, taco seasoning, honey, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, jalapeno, salt, and pepper) to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lime juice for tang, jalapeno for heat, or salt and pepper to taste.
  4. For best flavour, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Drizzle over your favourite taco salad ingredients.
