Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring to combine until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead just enough to bring it together (about 5-6 times).
- Roll the dough to about 1-inch (2.5 cm) thickness.
- Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out rounds. Re-roll scraps if necessary.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
