Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons (25g) Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons (10g) Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Salt
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) Buttermilk
- 2 Large Eggs (about 100g)
- 3 tablespoons (45g) Unsalted Butter, melted, plus more for greasing
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently whisk until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip when the bubbles start to pop and the edges look set.
- Serve the pancakes immediately with your favorite toppings.
