Ingredients:
- 1 package (12 count) Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb Rare Deli Roast Beef, ultra-thinly sliced
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (for glaze)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 cups low sodium Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Beef Base (Better Than Bouillon)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (for au jus)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Fresh cracked Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the entire block of rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 4 slices of provolone cheese directly on the bottom bread. Ribbon the roast beef loosely over the cheese, then top with the remaining 4 slices of cheese and the top half of the rolls.
- Whisk melted butter, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion flakes, and poppy seeds. Brush the mixture generously over the tops and sides of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- While sliders bake, combine beef broth, beef base, 1 tsp Worcestershire, and onion powder in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes and season with black pepper.
