Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs/680 g)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) A1 Steak Sauce (ensure labeled gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together A1 steak sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
- Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Remove chicken from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
