Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs/680 g)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) A1 Steak Sauce (ensure labeled gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together A1 steak sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  5. Remove chicken from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
