Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 38g granulated sugar
  • 10g baking powder
  • 3g salt
  • 300ml whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 42g unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 5ml vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly until uniform and clump-free.
  2. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir gently until just combined, leaving the batter lumpy.
  3. Heat the griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease it. Pour 60ml of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
