Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 38g granulated sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 3g salt
- 300ml whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 42g unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 5ml vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly until uniform and clump-free.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir gently until just combined, leaving the batter lumpy.
- Heat the griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease it. Pour 60ml of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
