Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pounds colossal shrimp, peeled and deveined (16/20 count)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Add colossal shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving some space between each for even cooking. Alternatively, place them directly on the grill.
- Place shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn opaque and have nice grill marks.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
