Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillets, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Use paper towels to pat the salmon fillets bone-dry on all sides.
  2. Rub 1 tbsp of olive oil over the fillets and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill and press down lightly with a spatula for 5 seconds to ensure full contact.
  5. Grill undisturbed for 5–6 minutes until the fish releases naturally from the grate.
  6. Carefully flip the fillets and grill for another 3–4 minutes.
  7. Remove the salmon when the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare or 140°F (60°C) for medium.
  8. Transfer to a plate and brush with a mixture of melted butter, lemon juice, and dried parsley.
