Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillets, skin-on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Use paper towels to pat the salmon fillets bone-dry on all sides.
- Rub 1 tbsp of olive oil over the fillets and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill and press down lightly with a spatula for 5 seconds to ensure full contact.
- Grill undisturbed for 5–6 minutes until the fish releases naturally from the grate.
- Carefully flip the fillets and grill for another 3–4 minutes.
- Remove the salmon when the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare or 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- Transfer to a plate and brush with a mixture of melted butter, lemon juice, and dried parsley.
