Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup (67g) granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (6-ounce) package grape-flavored Jell-O gelatin
- 1 ½ cups (355ml) boiling water
- 1 cup (237ml) cold water
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Optional: 1 cup (approximately 140g) of grapes, cut into halves
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Chill for 30-60 minutes for a firmer crust (optional).
- In a large bowl, dissolve the Jell-O gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water. Then, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly combined.
- Gently fold in the halved grapes (if using).
- Pour the Jell-O mixture into the prepared crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the Jell-O is completely set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
