Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup (67g) granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (6-ounce) package grape-flavored Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups (355ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup (237ml) cold water
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional: 1 cup (approximately 140g) of grapes, cut into halves

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Chill for 30-60 minutes for a firmer crust (optional).
  2. In a large bowl, dissolve the Jell-O gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in the cold water. Then, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly combined.
  4. Gently fold in the halved grapes (if using).
  5. Pour the Jell-O mixture into the prepared crust.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the Jell-O is completely set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
