Ingredients:
- 3 oz Cherry Jell-O gelatin powder
- 237 ml boiling water
- 118 ml vodka (80 proof)
- 118 ml cold tonic water
- 3 oz Lime Jell-O gelatin powder
- 237 ml boiling water
- 118 ml cold citrus rum or vodka
- 118 ml cold water
Instructions:
- Whisk the 3 oz of Cherry gelatin into 237 ml of boiling water for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Stir in 118 ml of cold vodka and 118 ml of cold tonic water.
- Pour the mixture into 2-oz plastic cups or molds until they are half full and refrigerate for 90 minutes until tacky but firm.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the 3 oz of Lime gelatin into 237 ml of boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the 118 ml of cold citrus rum and 118 ml of cold water.
- Pour the green mixture over the set red layer to fill the cups and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours or until fully set.
