Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, and honey in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the oil is fully integrated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until the aromatics are evenly suspended in the liquid.
- Place your salmon fillets in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the top.
- Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible to ensure the liquid is in constant contact with the fish. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
