Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, and honey in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the oil is fully integrated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until the aromatics are evenly suspended in the liquid.
  3. Place your salmon fillets in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the top.
  4. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible to ensure the liquid is in constant contact with the fish. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
