Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, full-fat
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 pound crab meat, cooked, drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe baking dish. Spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
