Ingredients:
- 4 cups (946 ml) Water, divided
- 1 package (6 oz/170g) Coconut Jello (Gelatin Dessert Mix)
- 1 ½ cups (355 ml) Vodka (80 proof), chilled
- ½ cup (118 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueur
- ½ cup (100g) Granulated Sugar (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Edible Glitter (optional)
Instructions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Remove the boiling water from the heat. Add the Coconut Jello powder and whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water, the chilled vodka, and the Blue Curaçao.
- Carefully pour the Jello mixture into the shot cups, filling each almost to the top.
- Arrange the filled shot cups on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.
- Pour granulated sugar into a shallow dish. Add edible glitter if desired and mix well (Optional).
- Gently dip the top of each set Jello shot into the sugar, creating a sugared rim (Optional).
- Serve chilled Jack Frost Jello Shots and enjoy responsibly!
