Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (946 ml) Water, divided
  • 1 package (6 oz/170g) Coconut Jello (Gelatin Dessert Mix)
  • 1 ½ cups (355 ml) Vodka (80 proof), chilled
  • ½ cup (118 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueur
  • ½ cup (100g) Granulated Sugar (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Edible Glitter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove the boiling water from the heat. Add the Coconut Jello powder and whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  3. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water, the chilled vodka, and the Blue Curaçao.
  4. Carefully pour the Jello mixture into the shot cups, filling each almost to the top.
  5. Arrange the filled shot cups on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.
  6. Pour granulated sugar into a shallow dish. Add edible glitter if desired and mix well (Optional).
  7. Gently dip the top of each set Jello shot into the sugar, creating a sugared rim (Optional).
  8. Serve chilled Jack Frost Jello Shots and enjoy responsibly!
