Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1.5 oz (45ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30ml) blue curaçao
  • 1 oz (30ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 oz (30ml) cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Pour granulated sugar onto a small plate. Rub the rim of the cocktail glass with the lime wedge. Dip the moistened rim into the sugar, rotating until fully coated.
  2. Place rimmed glasses in freezer for a crisper serve (Optional).
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
  4. Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish as desired (e.g., a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry).
