Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 lime wedge
- 1.5 oz (45ml) vodka
- 1 oz (30ml) blue curaçao
- 1 oz (30ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30ml) cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Pour granulated sugar onto a small plate. Rub the rim of the cocktail glass with the lime wedge. Dip the moistened rim into the sugar, rotating until fully coated.
- Place rimmed glasses in freezer for a crisper serve (Optional).
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
- Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish as desired (e.g., a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry).
