Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) boiling water
- 2 packages (3 oz each) flavored gelatin (any color/flavor you prefer, e.g. strawberry, lime)
- 1 cup (240 ml) cold water
- Optional: non-stick cooking spray (for easy removal from molds)
Instructions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin packets to the boiling water. Whisk until completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water, mixing thoroughly.
- If using molds, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the gelatin mixture into the molds or a shallow baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- If using molds, gently release the Jello Jigglers by pressing the bottom. If in a dish, cut into squares and serve.
