Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon stevia sweetener (or your preferred sweetener)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. If using fresh strawberries, wash them thoroughly and slice them in half for easier blending.
  2. In your blender, add the strawberries, almond milk, coconut milk, stevia sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until it is thick and creamy, approximately 10 seconds.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
