Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Salt

Instructions:

  1. Sift the all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl for a lighter, fluffier texture.
  2. Add the baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt to the sifted flour.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until evenly distributed. Ensure no clumps of baking powder or soda remain.
  4. Transfer the pancake mix to an airtight container or zip-top bag. Store in a cool, dry place.
  5. For X amount of mix, whisk together with Y amount of milk, Z amount of melted butter, and A egg. Cook on a preheated griddle until golden brown on both sides.
