Ingredients:

- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Baking Soda
- 2 tablespoons (25g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Salt
Instructions:
- Sift the all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl for a lighter, fluffier texture.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt to the sifted flour.
- Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until evenly distributed. Ensure no clumps of baking powder or soda remain.
- Transfer the pancake mix to an airtight container or zip-top bag. Store in a cool, dry place.
- For X amount of mix, whisk together with Y amount of milk, Z amount of melted butter, and A egg. Cook on a preheated griddle until golden brown on both sides.
