Instructions:
- Preheat the Belgian waffle maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir gently with a spatula until just combined (lumps are okay
- Lightly grease the waffle maker if needed. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp (usually 4-6 minutes).
