Instructions:

  1. Prepare espresso shots or brew strong coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a bowl, combine cocoa powder and sugar.
  3. Slowly add brewed espresso or coffee to the cocoa mixture, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat milk in a saucepan or froth using a milk steamer until its warm and frothy; do not boil.
