Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
- ½ teaspoon paprika (2 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich buns (whole wheat or white)
- 1 cup (50 g) shredded lettuce
- ½ cup (120 ml) ranch dressing or mayonnaise
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Optional: sliced pickles or onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- While chicken is cooking, prepare sandwich buns by lightly toasting if desired. Spread ranch dressing or mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Add a handful of shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato.
- Once chicken is cooked, place one chicken breast on each bun. Top with additional toppings such as pickles or onions. Close the sandwich with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately while warm.
