Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar or Coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp Fresh lime zest
- 1 Lime wedge
- 4 oz Blanco Tequila (100% Agave)
- 2 oz Cointreau or high-quality Triple Sec
- 2 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 oz Unsweetened 100% Cranberry juice
- 1 oz Rosemary-infused simple syrup
- Handful of ice cubes
- 4-6 Fresh whole cranberries
- 2 Sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Prepare the festive rim by combining sugar, salt, and lime zest on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of two lowball glasses and dip into the mixture.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add the Blanco tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the mixture using a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared glasses over fresh ice.
- Assemble the garnish by threading cranberries onto rosemary sprigs and placing them in the glass to resemble mistletoe.
